Case Description
Upper right tooth broke approx. 3 weeks ago, not fush to gum but minimal tooth left. I am unsure if a crown is possible or if a dental implant is the only option. I only retain a discount dental program and was inquiring as to the cost of both. Thank you.

Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Hello Jennifer:Difficult to say without a first-hand examination. If the remaining tooth structure can take a crown, then that would be an option. If not, there are several options including an implant and a bridge. There may be others that would require an examination to identify.Best of luck

I concur with the opinion offered by the last Doctor. Its one thing if this is the only problem you have but it may help to look at the overall picture and get into a program for optimal dental health.

I also agree with the two dentists before me, me seeing the tooth would give you the best answer to your question. What discount plan did you purchase? I participate with Aetna, Careington and Dentemax - hopefully yours. Let me know if I can be of service.
