Case Description
My 2yr daughter inherited a genetic mutalation called Dentogensis Imperfecta from her father. I'm trying to find out if there are any dentists that specialize in such a disease. I want to know the approximate cost of the procedure and the amount of pain she will be in and for how long. Please advise.

your best choice is children center that is affilated with children hospital.

she is only 2 years old. depending upon the severity of the condition, meaning loss of enamel or attrition. Crowns, such as stainless steel crown, may serve beneficial in preserving the teeth. She will eventually lose all her baby teeth, but you want to maintain them in the mouth until her permanent teeth comes in. although full crowns may prove beneficial in preserving the teeth as an adult, most effected individual are candidates for full denture or implants by age 30.
