Case Description
my teeth are broken off at the gum line. I have always had a fear of the dentist .The last time I was at the dentist I fainted 3 times. my teeth are very bad and need care but my fear keeps me away. I want a very caring dentist willing to work with me. I will also need a payment plan I have good credit and january 2009 my dental insurance will be blue cross traditional premium. I would like to smile. thank you for your time.
