Ken,The most critical thing that you need to concern yourself with is a thorough examination and record gathering for a treatment plan that is best for you. I encourage you to get several opinions because not all doctors see things the same way. While cost is important it is not as important as you feeling comfortable with the value the doctor can provide. This is a long term commitment and the aftercare and maintenance is just as important as the work itself. You can buy a BMW and if you don''''t commit to maintenance it will break down.
